At Plenaire India, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; however, due to the hygienic nature of our products, we only accept returns on items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped within 7 days of delivery.

    Once approved, pack the product in its original brand packaging and outer box to ensure it remains protected during transit.

    Refund or Replacement

    After we receive and inspect the return, we will ship your replacement immediately or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
